3 Clinical Gap

Hallo I graduated medschool (recognised by Germany) from an EU university and then I did a masters for a year. I lived in UK for two years and did the Masters and completed the MRCEM primary and ALS all the while working part-time in phlebotomy and cannulations in the hospital (since I didnt find a surgery position in the UK). I have accumulated a 3 year gap in total. Will this be a problem?? I know that I can directly apply for approbation but just wanted to know if I will have to do the KP .
