A university change during the Medizinstudium - regardless of whether it is within or outside of Egypt - is generally not a problem for entry to Germany and for the later recognition of your degree. The only decisive factor is that your final diploma comes from a recognized Egyptian university and your entire course of study, including the change, is fully documented. As long as certificates, proof of study progress and any translations are complete, you will not be rejected as a result.
