Since you have already submitted your Approbationsantrag to LAGeSo before the Fachsprachprüfung (as is customary in Berlin), you now mainly need to submit the certificate of passing the FSP for further processing. You will receive this from the Ärztekammer Berlin by e-mail as a PDF about ten days after the exam. In addition, you should check whether you have already submitted all the required documents with the original application. If something is still missing, it may be that you have to submit, for example, a current German certificate of good conduct, police certificates of good conduct from your country of origin or residence, a valid health certificate or similar evidence.
