Hello Mehdi, your concern is absolutely understandable. Although the FSP in Lower Saxony is considered demanding, especially because of the high demands on spontaneous and precise medical language, it is easy to pass with targeted preparation. The often-mentioned sixty to seventy percent refer expressly to the first attempt, and since many candidates can repeat the exam at least twice, most pass at the second or third attempt at the latest. The crucial thing is to practice real case situations regularly and to become linguistically confident, so that you don't get stuck in the exam. If you wish, you can prepare even more specifically with our 1:1 exam simulations - (you can find them here) 1:1 Prüfungssimulationen. Best regards, Sophie
