For Gleichwertigkeitsprüfung they ask for “Stundennachweise” from university. My school can’t provide exact hours. What can I do?

Don’t invent hours. Ask your uni for an official letter with rotations + weeks/dates, then do sworn translation. Many authorities accept that as alternative.

My authority asked for “module list” too. I sent syllabus screenshots from university website + letter, and it was ok.
