How do I phrase “Approbation pending” on my CV so HR actually gets it?

If I’m still waiting for Approbation, what is the best short phrase to put in CV/cover letter? I don’t want HR to misunderstand.

For German hospital HR, the goal is to make your status “unmissable” in 1 line. Good options (pick one): • “Approbation (Germany) — application submitted on DD/MM/YYYY (Bundesland: …)” • “Approbation in process; FSP scheduled/planned: Month YYYY” • If relevant: “Berufserlaubnis application submitted (clinic-bound), start possible after approval” Add also (same top section of CV): • German level (B2/C1 + certificate + date) • Location/visa/residence status + realistic availability date. Clarity reduces back-and-forth and increases interview invites. HR doesn’t want to “guess” if you can start.
