Hi Ngum, the casebook Internal Medicine (e.g. from Herold or Elsevier) is a good basis for training clinical thinking and getting to know typical case constellations – especially for the Internal Medicine part of the Kenntnisprüfung. However, it is usually not sufficient for the KP alone. Because the KP also tests content from surgery, emergency medicine, imaging, pharmacology and the legal basics of medical practice. In addition, not only theoretical knowledge is tested, but also the structured medical case presentation, i.e. your ability to classify symptoms in anamnesis, diagnostics, differential diagnoses and therapy plans. Our recommendation: Supplement the casebook with targeted training of typical KP schemes (e.g. anamnesis – examination – diagnostics – DD – therapy – prognosis), e.g. with real KP cases or our realistic exam simulations with experienced coaches: https://get2germany.com/de/doctors-fsp-kp-simulations. This allows you to authentically practice the exam situation. Good luck with your preparation! Sophie from the Get2Germany team
