Hi Meriem, Germany will very likely still need doctors when you graduate. A large part of the workforce is close to retirement, and the country already relies heavily on international physicians, so the overall demand remains strong. Difficulties after FSP or KP usually come from weaker German, little experience in German hospitals, or focusing only on big cities rather than on regions that urgently need staff. For your CV, the two things that matter most right now are improving your German toward C1 and gaining any kind of clinical exposure that gives you a reference. Even a short internship helps, and you should absolutely include any certificate or recommendation letter in your CV and application. Keep your CV clear with your education, expected graduation date, clinical experience, and your language levels. If you continue building your German and collect one or two local references, your chances will be very good when you apply later on.
