"Vereidigt" mostly means: sworn in/authorized by a court (often in Germany). Translations from abroad are risky – clarify it in writing or use a translator sworn in in Germany directly.

I find a translator in my home country (not in Germany). Does that count as a "sworn translation" or does the translator have to be sworn in Germany?
I did it "halfway": translation in my home country + then certified again in Germany. The authorities still demanded a new one... so it's better to get it certified by a sworn translator directly in Germany.
I had it translated in my home country and the authorities did NOT accept it. I had to have it done by a "sworn" translator in Germany again... expensive.
