Hi Kwame, thank you very much for your question. Many candidates fail in the case presentation of the Kenntnisprüfung (KP) for understandable reasons: Often a clear structure is missing (anamnesis, examination, diagnostics, differential diagnoses, therapy, prognosis). Also linguistic uncertainties, especially in medical terminology or in role-playing with "patients", quickly lead to problems. Often there is also a lack of confidence in typical cases such as pneumonia, ACS or appendicitis. And under time pressure, many lose the thread. What helps: Practice aloud, structured and with real cases under examination conditions. You can find our individual KP simulations with experienced coaches here: https://get2germany.com/en/doctors-fsp-kp-simulations All further tips for the exam can be found in our KP guide: https://get2germany.com/de/blog/kenntnispruefung Good luck with your preparation, the G2G team is keeping their fingers crossed for you!
