Hi Ngum, what is important is: The C1 medical certificate (e.g. telc or Goethe) is a preparatory course and a voluntary proof of your language level. The Fachsprachprüfung (FSP), on the other hand, is an official, state-recognized examination that you must pass in order to obtain the Approbation. It is conducted by the Ärztekammer and is mandatory - regardless of whether you have a certificate or not. A C1 course is therefore not a substitute, but often a helpful preparation for the FSP - especially if you are still unsure about medical German or patient interviews. Here you can find everything important about the FSP: https://get2germany.com/de/blog/fachsprachpruefung And here's how to register: https://get2germany.com/de/blog/anmeldung-fachsprachpruefung Good luck with your preparation 🧡 Anna from Get2Germany
