Yes. The FSP and KP both come in part-time and full-time tracks. Part-time classes run in the evening — FSP roughly Monday to Friday 19:00–21:00, KP Monday to Wednesday 18:00–20:00 — so you can prepare alongside a job or Hospitation.
FSP: about 10 weeks full-time or 20 weeks part-time. KP: about 16 weeks full-time or 33 weeks part-time. Combo (FSP + KP back-to-back, including the 4-week FSP exam window): about 34 weeks full-time or 61 weeks part-time.
Most participants pay nothing out of pocket because the courses are AZAV-certified and fully funded by a Bildungsgutschein from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. If you'd like to self-pay, contact Match Doctors directly for pricing.
A Bildungsgutschein is a voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter that fully covers an approved training course. Match Doctors prepares your application and supports you through the conversation with your case worker.
You generally need to be living in Germany with a valid residence permit, hold a foreign medical degree, and have a Defizitbescheid (deficit notice) from your Bundesland's licensing authority that names the FSP or KP as the missing requirement for Approbation.
Courses are 100% online with live, interactive lessons led by instructors. You only need a stable internet connection and a laptop.
B2 is the practical entry point for the FSP. The KP course requires C1 German — you do not need to have passed the FSP first, but Match Doctors recommends sitting it before KP prep so you're comfortable with medical vocabulary.
