FSP Practice 02: Myocardial infarction (Klaus Schneider, 58 years) – Practice case for the Fachsprachprüfung featuring a concise case vignette (sudden severe retrosternal chest pain described as pressing/tightening, radiating to the left arm, lower jaw and back, persisting for about two hours without relief at rest) with accompanying symptoms such as nausea, cold sweats and shortness of breath.
The document links to an audio simulation and a sample medical letter. It also includes a history-taking worksheet to fill out and mnemonics for a structured anamnesis (acute history, vegetative symptoms, past medical/surgical history, medication/allergies, social/substance use, and family history).
Ideal for preparing for the patient interview, structured anamnesis, and writing the Arztbrief in the FSP.
