Hi Asmaa, thanks for sharing your situation. I know this phase can feel confusing, especially when you’re still outside Germany and trying to understand what is realistically possible. It’s very understandable that you’re wondering whether you can already receive a job contract. In Germany, however, hospitals are only allowed to employ you as a doctor once you have either the full Approbation or a temporary Berufserlaubnis. These are official permissions issued by the state authorities, and without them medical work is legally not possible. With B1 German you are still at the beginning of the process. In most federal states, the temporary Berufserlaubnis is only issued after passing the C1 medical Fachsprachprüfung, because this exam proves that you can communicate safely with patients, colleagues and in clinical documentation. Without this permission, a hospital cannot give you a valid employment contract as a physician. It is possible to come to Germany earlier, but not to work as a doctor. Some hospitals offer observerships where you can be present in clinical settings without carrying out medical tasks, and some may offer non-physician roles in the medical field. These positions can help you arrive in Germany, but they are not counted as doctor work and do not replace the recognition process. A helpful option for you might be the Recognition Visa (§16d AufenthG). With this visa you can travel to Germany and begin the formal recognition of your medical degree even without a job offer.
