FSP Berlin: Registration without C1?

I have a B2 certificate and would like to register for the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) in Berlin. Is that possible already, or do they absolutely want C1?

For the FSP application, German language skills are required. You must submit a corresponding B2 certificate to the LaGeSo as part of the Approbationsprozess. However, a classic B2 level is usually not sufficient to pass the FSP. In the medical field, C1 is generally expected. You do not necessarily need a classic C1 certificate for this.

Quick tip: even if registration works, practice doctor's letter + medical history at C1 level, otherwise it will be tight.

Ask: Some only want proof of German language skills, not directly C1, but they can demand something later.
