Hello Hiroshi, the waiting time for the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) in Berlin is currently usually between 3 and 6 months. This is mainly due to the high number of applicants and the limited capacities at the Ärztekammer Berlin. As soon as you have submitted your application for Approbation to the Landesamt für Gesundheit und Soziales (LAGeSo) and receive the confirmation of receipt, you can register online with the Ärztekammer for the FSP. Important: Appointments are only made after payment of the examination fee of 420 euros. After that, it takes - depending on capacity - a few months until you are assigned a specific examination date. My tip: Make sure that all documents are complete and submit them early. This way you can avoid delays and, in the best case, get an earlier appointment. Here you will find the official information from the Ärztekammer Berlin and the link to registration. Compared to other federal states, such as Mecklenburg Vorpommern, Saxony Anhalt, Bremen or Saarland, the waiting time in Berlin is actually rather long, but unfortunately this is normal here due to the high demand. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
