Hello Carlos, for the visa application you need a number of documents, including: your passport, the visa form, biometric photos, your medical diploma with a certified translation, proof of recognition or the Defizitbescheid, German language skills (at least B2, often C1), possibly an employment contract and proof of health insurance and livelihood (e.g. blocked account). Depending on the visa type, other documents may also be required, such as a certificate of good conduct or an adaptation plan. Regarding the Ärztekammer: You do not yet need to register with the Ärztekammer for the visa application. The responsible authority for recognition is the respective Approbationsbehörde in the federal state, not the Ärztekammer. But: As soon as you want to work in Germany and want to obtain your Approbation or Berufserlaubnis, membership in the Ärztekammer is mandatory.
